About me:
I was raised in Sedona, Arizona. My parents brought us here in 1993 to escape the humidity and hurricanes in South Florida. From a very early age, I had an interest in anatomy and movement. My experience as a varsity athlete led to a curiosity about injury, performance, effective fitness programming and recovery. I quickly learned that a well-rounded routine includes massage therapy and ongoing self-care. In college I studied Nutrition, Anthropology, and Exercise Science.
Following my passion, I attended The Sedona School of Massage. I have been a strength and movement coach for 12 years with an emphasis on Orthopedic Rehab, Postural Correction, power lifting, and functional movement.
I use an integrative approach blending hands-on massage therapy, fascial stretching, yoga, strength training, and postural coaching. I am passionate about client-centred and specific care. My goal is to help you address pre-existing trauma and pain in order to proceed safely into an active lifestyle with body-positive awareness. I enjoy working with people of all ages and levels.
